Ramky Infrastructure Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the merger scheme involving its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Sehore Kosmi Tollways Limited and Ramky Elsamex Hyderabad Ring Road Limited.

The proposed amalgamation aims to streamline operations, reduce administrative costs, and enhance resource utilization.

The appointed date for the merger is set for April 1, 2024. As both transferor companies are wholly owned, there will be no issuance of new shares, thus maintaining the existing shareholding structure.
