At its recent meeting, the Bonus Allotment Committee of Anand Rathi Wealth Limited has allotted 4,15,10,317 fully paid-up bonus equity shares at a face value of Rs. 5 each, resulting in a ratio of 1:1 for eligible shareholders.

This decision will increase the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 20.75 crore to Rs. 41.51 crore.

The newly allotted shares will carry the same rights as existing shares.

This expansion may enhance liquidity and attract investor interest, giving a positive outlook for the company as it strengthens its equity position.
