Nakoda Group of Industries Limited has called an Extraordinary General Meeting on March 27, 2025, to seek shareholder approvals for two key corporate actions.

First, the company aims to expand its Memorandum of Association to include a range of non-alcoholic beverages, enhancing its product offerings.

Second, it seeks approval for a related party transaction with Whole Time Director Jayesh Choudhary for the license of the trademark "NOCTRL," valid from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2032, at an annual royalty of ₹100, contingent on profitability in that segment.

The cut-off date for voting eligibility is set for March 20, 2025, with book closure from March 21 to March 27, 2025.
