TRUST Fintech Limited has announced a record date of March 19, 2025, for remote e-voting ahead of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting scheduled for March 27, 2025, at 12:30 PM.

Shareholders on the cut-off date will be eligible to vote through remote e-voting starting from March 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM and ending on March 26, 2025, at 5:00 PM.

The company has appointed M/s Kaustubh Moghe And Associates as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process to ensure fairness and transparency.
