Hitech Corporation Limited has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of Thriarr Polymers Private Limited.

As of now, 96% of the equity shares have been successfully transferred to Hitech's demat account, with the remaining 4% expected to be completed shortly.
