The Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of two plots at Someshwari Industrial Park, Mandali.

The first plot (B/17) covers 1355.34 sq. m, and the second plot (B/16) spans 1334.43 sq. m, both purchased from Mr. Ambalal Ramalala Patel.

The total consideration for these plots is approximately Rs. 20.00 lakh and Rs. 25.00 lakh, respectively.

The acquisition is anticipated to be finalized by June 30, 2025. This strategic move could enhance the company's operational capacity and positioning, warranting close attention from investors.
