Hitech Corporation Limited has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of Thriarr Polymers Private Limited for up to ₹30 crore.

This acquisition enhances Hitech's portfolio by adding a new product line and increasing its addressable market, while also leveraging Thriarr's established presence in international markets, including the USA and UAE.

Thriarr Polymers, with a turnover of ₹34.60 crore as of FY 2023-24, will now operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary, expected to be fully integrated within 30 days.

This move aims to boost operational efficiencies and market positioning for Hitech.
