AXISCADES Technologies Limited has announced the allotment of 50,692 equity shares under the “AXISCADES ESOP 2018 – Series 2” scheme to one eligible grantee.

Following this allotment, the company's paid-up share capital increases to ₹21,24,77,765, comprising 4,24,95,553 equity shares.

The shares were issued at an exercise price of ₹83.52 per share, with a premium of ₹78.52 per share.
