Asian Hotels (North) Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The company reported a total income of ₹8,647.96 crore, with a loss from ordinary activities amounting to ₹1,205.77 crore before exceptional items.

Notably, an exceptional item related to a write-back of interest liability from a One Time Settlement (OTS) with Punjab National Bank contributed to an improved net profit of ₹9,030.38 crore for the period.

While the company is engaging in ongoing discussions to resolve financial matters, investors may view this as a positive outlook given the improvement in operating profitability and steps taken to manage debt.
