Renaissance Global Limited has announced a board meeting to review and approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ending December 31, 2024. The unaudited standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹49,442.07 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹508.14 crore.

Consolidated revenue reached ₹71,192.57 crore, yielding a net profit of ₹2,132.27 crore.

The company successfully completed a preferential allotment of 10,899,539 equity shares, raising approximately ₹163.49 crore, which has been utilized as intended.
