Kamdhenu Ventures Limited has submitted its integrated filing, revealing the financial results for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2024. Standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹7,404.70 crore, while the consolidated figure was ₹18,334.02 crore.

The net loss after tax for the standalone segment was ₹10.33 crore, compared to a loss of ₹42.39 crore for the nine-month period.

The company maintains no defaults on its debts and has confirmed that funds raised from its recent share issuance have been utilized according to the outlined objectives.
