Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the integrated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. For the quarter, total income reached ₹38,987.92 crore, with a net profit of ₹2,218.11 crore.

Over the nine-month period, total income increased to ₹1,12,232.38 crore, resulting in a net profit of ₹6,157.57 crore.

The firm’s operational expansion includes a recent investment of ₹4,800 crore into its subsidiary, facilitating a 60% stake in Greenfuel Energy Solutions for its alternate fuels business.
