Emmbi Industries Limited's Board has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024, revealing a total income of ₹1,208.31 crore and a profit after tax of ₹15.74 crore for the quarter.

The Board also appointed Mr. Nimesh Ramniklal Mehta as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a three-year term starting March 21, 2025, and M/s. Sanjay Dholakia and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years.

Additionally, Ms. Maithili Appalwar will join senior management as Executive Assistant to the CMD, pending shareholder approval.
