Melstar Information Technologies has approved the acquisition of a 51% stake in Plexus Aviation Services for up to ₹3 Cr.

Plexus, incorporated recently in 2022, reported revenues of ₹13.64 Cr. and ₹15.37 Cr. for FY 2024 and FY 2023, respectively.

This acquisition aims to enhance operational expertise, accelerate growth, and strengthen market positioning in the aviation sector, leveraging Plexus's experienced staff and established capabilities.

The transaction is expected to complete by March 2025, positioning Melstar for strategic benefits in a lucrative industry with continuous demand for aviation fueling services.
