Shree Rama Newsprint Limited's Board of Directors has approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Total income for the period was ₹1,369.67 crore, while total expenses were ₹2,065.65 crore, resulting in a loss before tax of ₹695.98 crore.

The company also noted the resignation of Mr. Sharad Jain as Company Secretary, attributed to recent regulatory changes.

The loss reflects ongoing challenges, particularly related to the discontinued Paper Division, impacting investor sentiment; however, the focus on asset disposal may present future opportunities for recovery.
