DRC Systems India Limited has restructured its key committees, including the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.

The new Audit Committee will be chaired by Mr. Jigar Shah, with Mr. Keyur Shah and Mr. Hiten Barchha as members.

For the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Jigar Shah will again lead, joined by Mr. Keyur Shah and Mr. Sanket Khemuka.

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee will now be chaired by Mr. Keyur Shah, with Mr. Jigar Shah and Ms. Dipti Chitale serving as members.

These changes reflect a strategic move to enhance governance and oversight within the company.
