Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The company reported consolidated revenues of ₹10,053 million for Q3FY25, up 7.5% from ₹9,351 million in Q2FY25. Standalone revenue also increased to ₹8,569 million, reflecting a 12.6% quarter-over-quarter growth.

The profit after tax stood at ₹204 million.

Despite facing challenges related to declining realization per kiloliter and rising freight costs, management expressed a positive outlook for Q4FY25, citing strong demand for their diversified product range and stable manufacturing volumes.
