EPACK Durable Limited has approved the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dubai, named EPACK Durable Global Sales FZE.

This initiative aims to enhance the company's presence in the global market for air conditioners and home appliances, fostering business growth opportunities.

The subsidiary will be incorporated with an authorized and paid-up capital of AED 1,00,000, with the company subscribing to 10,000 shares at AED 10 each.

Additionally, Ms. Jyoti Verma has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately.

These strategic moves position EPACK for future expansion and operational efficiency.
