Record Date

Arham Technologies has announced a record date for remote e-voting in connection with its Extra Ordinary General Meeting scheduled for February 24, 2025. The cut-off date for remote e-voting is February 19, 2025. The remote e-voting period will commence on February 21, 2025, at 09:00 A.M. and end on February 23, 2025, at 05:00 P.M.

An appointed scrutinizer, Mr. Abhishek Jain, will oversee the process.

Shareholders should be prepared to participate accordingly.
