The board meeting has approved the allotment of 15,00,000 fully convertible warrants to both promoter and non-promoter groups on a preferential basis.

These warrants, priced at Rs. 165 each, are convertible into an equal number of equity shares, with a minimum subscription amount of Rs. 6.19 crore received.

Additionally, Shri Saurav Saxena has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2024-25. His extensive experience in finance and audit is noted, following the cessation of the previous internal auditor.
