Hatsun Agro Product Limited has further bolstered its stake in Milk Mantra Dairy Private Limited by acquiring an additional 7,613 equity shares for a total of Rs. 0.32 Crores.

To date, HAP has successfully purchased 30,80,546 equity shares and 16,06,372 compulsorily convertible preference shares, summing up to a cumulative purchase consideration of Rs. 231.40 Crores.

Following this latest acquisition, HAP now holds 98.14% of the total issued and paid-up equity and preference share capital of Milk Mantra, enhancing its strategic position in the dairy sector.

This strategic consolidation may yield a positive outlook for HAP's operational capabilities and market presence.
