Exide Industries Limited's Board has approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024. Standalone revenue from operations reached ₹3,848.63 crore, slightly up from ₹3,840.53 crore in the same period last year, with a net profit of ₹244.99 crore.

The company will additionally invest up to ₹300 crore into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Exide Energy Solutions Limited, to support a lithium-ion cell manufacturing facility.

Senior management also saw changes, with two personnel ceasing to serve as Senior Management Personnel.

This strategic investment coupled with stable performance in the automotive replacement market presents a positive outlook heading into the fiscal year.
