Rane Brake Lining Limited reported strong financial results for Q3 FY25, with total revenue increasing by 12.8% to ₹186.0 Crore compared to ₹164.9 Crore in Q3 FY24. EBITDA rose by 2.9% to ₹19.3 Crore, with an EBITDA margin of 10.4%, down from 11.4% the previous year primarily due to increased employee costs and one-off provisions.
Profit After Tax (PAT) decreased by 6.4% to ₹9.5 Crore compared to ₹10.1 Crore in Q3 FY24. For the nine months ended December 31, 2024, total revenue reached ₹521.7 Crore, up by 9.5% year-on-year.
EBITDA for this period also grew significantly by 18.8% to ₹58.1 Crore, improving EBITDA margin to 11.1% from 10.3%. PAT for the nine-month period increased by 18.0% to ₹29.4 Crore compared to ₹24.9 Crore in the prior year.
Sales to Original Equipment (OE) customers grew by 8%, while aftermarket sales showed a robust increase of 15%. Exports surged by 51%, driven by strong demand, particularly from the US market.
Overall, the company maintains a positive outlook, supported by growing demand across various segments, despite margin pressures.
