ICICI Bank has announced a board meeting to discuss its standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The bank reported a significant total income of ₹48,367.87 crore for Q3-2025, a robust increase from ₹42,791.64 crore YoY, driven primarily by growth in interest earnings and non-interest income.

The net profit for the period stood at ₹11,792.42 crore, reflecting a solid growth trajectory compared to ₹10,271.54 crore in the previous year.
