Sasken Technologies Limited has announced its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, reporting a total income of ₹15,379.46 crore for the quarter, which reflects a 7% increase sequentially and a 49.9% rise year-on-year.

However, profit after tax (PAT) amounted to ₹903.02 crore, down by 26.5% from the previous quarter.

Strategic highlights include significant contract wins worth approximately USD 28.2 million and the execution of a Letter of Intent for acquiring Borqs Technologies Inc., enhancing its capabilities in the connected devices market.

This acquisition is expected to drive sustainable growth and bolster investor confidence amid robust operational strategies.
