Intellect Design Arena Limited has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. For the quarter, standalone revenue from operations was ₹386.7 crore, down 8% year-over-year, with a profit after tax of ₹34.2 crore.

Consolidated results showed revenue of ₹609.6 crore, with a profit after tax of ₹70.8 crore.

Notably, the company will now manage the digital banking operations of Central 1 Credit Union through its subsidiary in Canada.

This strategic move could enhance Intellect’s market footprint and operational capabilities, potentially boosting investor confidence going forward.
