Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

Exicom Tele-Systems Limited has secured an Advance Purchase Order valued at approximately INR 1412.48 Crores from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) for the supply of Telecom equipment (Power Systems & Racks) alongside a maintenance contract spanning ten years.

This order is part of the BharatNet Phase III project, focusing on the Uttar Pradesh Telecom circles.

Execution will occur over a period of three years for the supply, followed by a decade of maintenance.

The contract entails a capital expenditure of around INR 1004.97 Crores and operational costs of approximately INR 407.51 Crores.

This significant order positions Exicom favorably in the telecom sector, representing a positive growth opportunity for the company.
