ENERGY-MISSION MACHINERIES (INDIA) LIMITED has secured a purchase order for CNC machines valued at 1.01 Cr from TITAGARH RAIL SYSTEMS LIMITED, a domestic entity.

The order encompasses the supply of a CNC/NC hydraulic press brake with a capacity of 340 tons and an NC/CNC hydraulic shearing machine.

Delivery for this order is expected within four weeks.

Notably, there are no interests from the promoter group or related parties regarding this transaction, indicating an arms-length agreement.
