Kinex India Private Limited is conducting an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 1.91 crore equity shares of Bartronics India Limited.

The initial bidding for non-retail investors occurred on January 14, 2025, with bids received for 86.29 lakh shares.

Unsubscribed shares from the non-retail segment will be carried forward for bidding by retail investors on January 15, 2025. This mechanism allows for a broader participation in the offering and facilitates the allocation of shares that were not fully subscribed by non-retail investors.
