Tata Consultancy Services has announced a board meeting to discuss the integrated financial results for the quarter and nine-month period ended December 31, 2024. The consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹63,973 crore, with a net profit of ₹12,444 crore, reflecting strong year-on-year growth.

The board also declared an interim dividend of ₹10.00 per share and a special dividend of ₹66.00. The results are expected to bolster investor sentiment, showcasing consistent financial performance and a positive outlook on shareholder returns.
