Aarti Pharmalabs has entered into a Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement to acquire a 26.25% equity stake in Pro-Zeal Green Power Five Private Limited, a newly incorporated entity focused on renewable energy (solar power). The acquisition involves a total investment of approximately ₹2.97 Crore, comprising ₹6.3 Lakhs for equity shares and ₹2.9 Crore for Compulsory Convertible Debentures.

This move aims to enhance the company’s green energy footprint and optimize energy costs, with completion expected within 30 days.

The strategic implication is a stronger positioning in the renewable energy sector, aligning with market trends toward sustainability.
