The company has informed stakeholders about a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) name, transitioning from Link Intime India Private Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited.

This change is effective immediately.

The shift follows Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation’s acquisition of Link Group, which resulted in a rebranding and restructuring of its services.

The new RTA will operate under the MUFG Corporate Markets unit, part of MUFG Pension & Market Services.
