The Preferential Issue Committee of Surani Steel Tubes has approved the allotment of 26,20,930 equity shares, following the conversion of warrants, to various non-promoter/public category investors.
This includes significant allotments to Kiran Bala Gupta (4,00,000 shares), Himank Gupta (3,20,000 shares), and several others, collectively contributing to a total paid-up share capital increase to Rs. 15,45,80,360 (1,54,58,036 equity shares of Rs. 10 each). The issue price for these warrants was set at Rs. 135 each, with 50% having been received before this allotment.
