GTPL Hathway Limited has entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire the remaining 49% equity stake in GTPL Vision Services Private Limited, marking a total cost of ₹11.31 crore for 1,00,000 equity shares at ₹1,131 per share.

This acquisition aims to consolidate business operations, transforming GTPL Vision into a wholly owned subsidiary.

GTPL Vision reported a turnover of ₹16.52 crore in FY 2023-24, consistent with prior years.

The transaction is expected to finalize within 90 days, enhancing GTPL Hathway’s market position in television channel distribution.
