Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors and Liquidator of Mercator Limited has appointed CS Anirudh Kumar Tanvar as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2023-24. This move comes as part of the company's ongoing liquidation process initiated by the National Company Law Tribunal.

The decision was made during the recent board meeting, which concluded with the administration of key operational duties under the oversight of the appointed Liquidator, Mr. Girish Siriram Juneja.
