The Rights Issue Committee has approved a second and final call of ₹7.50 per partly paid-up equity share on 3,06,01,116 shares, with ₹5.00 toward face value and ₹2.50 toward securities premium.

This totals ₹22.95 crore.

The record date for determining eligible shareholders is set for January 13, 2025, with the payment period from January 24 to February 7, 2025. Additionally, 14,20,865 partly paid-up shares have been converted into fully paid equity shares upon receiving ₹53.28 lakh, facilitating further capital structure adjustments.
