Reliance Capital has announced a board meeting to discuss the proceedings of its 38th Annual General Meeting, held virtually.

The meeting, chaired by Nageswara Rao Y, the Administrator appointed by the RBI, included discussions on the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, and the appointment of statutory auditors.
