India Motor Parts & Accessories Limited (IMPAL) has announced a board meeting to discuss the approved Scheme of Amalgamation between its wholly-owned subsidiary, CAPL Motor Parts Private Limited, and itself.

The National Company Law Tribunal has sanctioned the scheme, aiming to streamline operations and reduce administrative costs, with an appointed date effective from 1st April 2023.
