Focus Lighting and Fixtures Limited has approved further investment in its subsidiary, Xandos Lighting and Fixtures Private Limited, along with the acquisition of 100% shareholding.

Xandos is engaged in LED lighting and fixtures but has not started operations, reporting a net worth of (₹1.97 cr) and a loss of (₹0.095 cr) as of September 2024. This acquisition is aimed at strengthening market presence and operational efficiencies in the LED sector.

The transaction, with a valuation based on an independent report, will be completed within 60 days at a face value of ₹10 per share.
