Record Date

South West Pinnacle Exploration Ltd has announced a board meeting on 2nd January 2025 for an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM). The register of members will be closed from 27th December 2024 to 2nd January 2025, with 26th December 2024 designated as the record date to determine e-voting eligibility.

Remote e-voting will be available from 30th December at 9:00 A.M. to 1st January 2025 at 5:00 P.M.

This allows shareholders to participate in voting on the special business outlined in the notice.
