Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has approved the acquisition of machinery and related equipment from four sellers for a maximum total of ₹49.74 crore (cr) plus applicable taxes.

This move aims to diversify the company into the copper wire and cable market, complementing its existing focus on manufacturing aluminum conductors and cables.

The acquisition is expected to be completed within 90 days, enhancing operational capabilities and potentially unlocking new revenue streams for the company.
