Amalgamation/Merger

Syrma SGS Technology Limited is set to amalgamate with SGS Infosystems Private Limited and SGS Tekniks Manufacturing Private Limited as part of a strategic consolidation aimed at enhancing market positioning and operational efficiencies.

This merger follows approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The next hearing is scheduled for February 5, 2025, to further discuss the petition.
