Kay Cee Energy & Infra Limited has incorporated a joint venture, Suryavayu Renewable and Energy Solutions Private Limited, in partnership with Josts Engineering Company Limited.

Each entity holds a 50% stake, equating to an initial investment of ₹2.5 crore, with the joint venture aimed at executing EPC projects in the power sector and engaging in renewable energy initiatives.

This strategic alliance is expected to enhance operational efficiencies and market positioning in the growing renewable energy landscape.

The joint venture will commence operations shortly, leveraging the combined expertise of both companies.
