Quess Corp Limited has approved the acquisition of the food catering and facility management services business from Archer Integrated Services and Astrin Traders for a cash consideration of up to ₹11 crores.

This strategic move aims to enhance Quess's geographic footprint in the manufacturing sector, particularly in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, enabling the company to offer integrated solutions like facility management and food services.

The acquisition is expected to be completed by March 31, 2025, and will not require any regulatory approvals, potentially strengthening Quess’s operational capabilities and market positioning.
