Finolex Industries Limited has appointed Mr. Saurabh Dhanorkar as Managing Director, effective from November 21, 2024. Mr. Dhanorkar, a Chartered Accountant, has been with the company since 1983, previously serving as Managing Director until 2016. His extensive experience in accounting, finance, and general management is expected to drive the company's next phase of growth and profitability.

The Executive Chairman highlighted the strategic importance of this leadership change, expressing confidence in Mr. Dhanorkar's ability to maintain the company's commitment to quality and client-centric approach.

The transition follows the decision to have Mr. Ajit Venkataraman step down as Managing Director.
