HLE Glascoat has updated its acquisition of a 26% equity stake in Clean Max Anchorage Private Limited (CMAPL) from Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions.

This strategic investment is aimed at establishing a captive power facility in Gujarat with a solar capacity of 2.31 MWp and wind capacity of 3.30 MW.

The company has completed the payment of ₹26,000 for 2,600 equity shares at ₹10 each, aligning with the terms of the Definitive Agreements.
