Insecticides (India) Limited has made a strategic move by acquiring 100% equity stake in Kaeros Research Private Limited, a company focused on the research, development, and manufacturing of agro-chemicals.

The total consideration for this acquisition amounts to ₹6,24,26,800, with each share priced at ₹13.06. This acquisition is anticipated to enhance growth opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives in the agro-chemical sector.

Kaeros, incorporated in December 2019, generated a turnover of approximately ₹49,58,230 for the fiscal year 2023-2024. The transaction is expected to finalize within 60 days.
