GKW Limited has entered into a Joint Development Agreement with Anthurium Developers Limited for developing approximately 36.87 acres of non-agricultural land in Kanjur, Bhandup West, Mumbai.

The project aims to construct a mixed-use residential and commercial development.

GKW will receive a minimum net revenue share of 29.5%, which may increase based on performance milestones.
