Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Limited's board has approved acquiring 60% equity shares in MGS Infotech Research and Solutions Private Limited for ₹152 crores.

This acquisition aims to enhance the company’s presence in the Delhi NCR region through a new 400-bed hospital in Faridabad, expected to become operational within 6 to 10 months.

The transaction will be funded entirely in cash and requires no regulatory approvals.
