Pitti Engineering Limited announced the effectiveness of the amalgamation scheme involving Pitti Castings Private Limited and Pitti Rail and Engineering Components Limited, effective as of October 24, 2024. The appointed date for the scheme is April 1, 2023. A record date of October 24, 2024, has been set for determining shareholders entitled to receive equity shares of Pitti Engineering Limited.

The company’s authorized share capital has been amended to ₹166.89 Crore, comprising 33.37 Crore equity shares of ₹5 each.
